How  Do I Know My Order Has Been Successfully Submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the order number and details of your purchase. Please contact us at sales@desire4leather .com, if you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours from order placement.



How Do I Track My Order?Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package with the number.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can email us at sales@desire4leather.com with your requests related order modification or cancellation.  Modifications and cancellations can only be made prior to shipment of the order. Once shipment has occurred, no modifications or cancellation can be made to the order.
